Convenient Beach Stay
great location plenty seating
the hotel is very clean. the location is great with a great red sea view. i really liked the pool area as it offered plenty of seating. i enjoyed the breakfast with egyptian food.

all employees are courteous. they are polite and cooperative from the bell men to the beach cafeteria staff. they always smile and are cheerful, which makes the stay very pleasant.

i visited the coffe marnet cafe and hassan gaber works there. he makes everything special and always has a huge smile. i recommend the outdoor snacks buffet since it has a variety of options.

inconvenient gym hours understaffed kids' club
The gym hours were quite inconvenient, opening late and closing early. I prefer exercising earlier in the morning, but it was not possible. The advertised kids' club seemed understaffed. The activities felt repetitive. There was little engagement from the staff. My child quickly lost interest.

wide array amazing view unique dining
The breakfast included a wide array of options, such as fresh pastries and omelets. The beautiful king room with a balcony offered amazing views of the sea. The hotel had multiple restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience.
The gym equipment felt a bit dated.

polite staff efficient staff beautiful facility small beach overcrowded beach limited drinks
the staff was very polite and efficient. the facility had beautiful aspects. i always felt welcome there.
the beach felt so small, limiting the number of visitors it could accommodate. this arrangement allowed their visitors access to the beach, busy and overcrowded, that was not great! drinks options under the all inclusive option were limited just for soft drinks. i noticed that even local beer was available only as a draft, so bottled beer required extra payment, something i had never faced before.

plastic chairs malfunctioning shower
the breakfast was acceptable it had a sufficient variety of options
the hotel felt quite dated the furniture was old and worn the bathroom fixtures looked like they hadn't been updated in decades the plastic chairs on the balcony lacked padding i found this disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber the shower also malfunctioned one morning
